Cancellation Policy

We have new cancellation policies for scheduling our same day/24-hour appointments and surgical & sedation procedures. These policies will be in affect as of December 5, 2022. Please see the information below: 

Same Day/Urgent 24-Hour Appointments: All appointments scheduled for new and existing clients on the same day or within a 24-hour period will be required to ''prepay'' the examination or recheck fee. This fee is non-refundable if you do not show up to this scheduled appointment or cancel prior to the scheduled appointment time. 

Surgical Cancellations: If a pet is scheduled for a surgery and clients request it to be cancelled within 48 hours of the procedure, there will be a fee of $150.00 to be paid at the time of cancellation. 

Sedation Cancellations: If a pet is scheduled for a sedation procedure such as; Sedated Ear Exam, Torn Toe Nail, Radiographs, VIDI Ultrasound, etc. and clients request it to be cancelled within 48 hours of the procedure, there will be a fee of $75.00 to be paid at the time of cancellation.
